SHIPPING All items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise specified). We use USPS and Canada Post for standard shipping within the United States and Canada, and Asendia tracked shipping for international orders. To have an item express shipped internationally please contact info@spaboy.biz and we can arrange it.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties and brokerage fees. If you are shipping from outside Canada mark the package RETURNED GOODS and ensure “returned goods” option is ticked on the customs declaration form. Any duties or taxes incurred as a failure to do so will be deducted from your refund/exchange credit.
RETURNS We will exchange or refund all non-sale items if posted by trackable mail or courier within 7 days of receipt. Item must arrive within 30 days of receipt.
